A lot of cloud
Patchy rain west & north

Warm in sunshine

Good morning,

Slack pressure broadly affects the British Isles today, resulting in light winds, but rather persistent cloud in many areas. Some sunny breaks should develop for central-southern England.

A weak cold front extends across west and northern regions bringing some persistent rain or drizzle in the morning, which should fade slowly, although spots of rain may linger across the hills of northern England & Wales into the afternoon.

Brighter skies should extend across Ireland, where early rain in the east will clear. A band of rain will then cross Ireland from the west overnight into Sunday.

Today's top temperatures will be 9 to 12C in the north & west, but 13 to 15C in the south & east, locally warmer where sunshine comes through for any length of time.

Have a great day.
Garry
