Plenty of cloud, rain and drizzle in the north and west

Good morning,

It's a cloudier morning for many central and eastern areas. It should stay mostly dry here during today, although there will be some bright spells in the east. Another mild day here with temperatures into the mid-teens once again.

Rain and drizzle in affecting western and northern Scotland as well as Ireland. Drizzle in western Wales and northwest England too. The band of rain and drizzle slips slowly south through the day, reaching the rest of Wales this afternoon and then slipping into northern and western parts of the Midlands.

Brighter weather follows into western Scotland and western Ireland with some heavy showers arriving here during this afternoon. Windy in Scotland as well as the far north of England.
