Breezy, feeling fresh

Good morning,

Pressure will gradually build from the west today as a trough of low pressure moves into Scandinavia. Weak fronts will clear away eastwards in the morning.

Patchy rain or drizzly showers this morning, although amounts small. Skies brightening from the west, with sunny spells developing, best around western coasts into the afternoon.

Chance of local showers developing over the hills in northern Britain by afternoon, mainly toward the eastern Pennines, Borders and Grampians.

A fresh westerly breeze will tend to ease through the day. Top temperatures 16 to 18C in the west & north, 19 to 22C central & south-eastern England.

Have a great day.
