Saturday
Cloud, wind and rain affecting western Scotland, western England and Wales this morning. The rain moves slowly through the day, bringing a damp afternoon to northern England, Wales and southwest England. Becoming drier across Ireland this morning as drier weather edges east into Scotland. Showers affect western Ireland in the afternoon, with the east being dry, and this drier weather spreads to the rest of Scotland during the day. Dry in most of the Midlands, southern and eastern England with some sunshine in the southeast and little change during the day. Highs at 18C to 23C.


Saturday Night
Drizzle periods of rain on Saturday evening across northern England, the western Midlands and parts of southern England, although this should fade during the night. Breezy with showers in western Scotland, Ireland and western Wales. Lows near 6 to 10C.

 
 
 


Sunday
Low pressure to the west of Scotland on Sunday. It will be a breezy day over most of the country with showers and longer periods of rain in Scotland, northern England, Wales and Ireland. More southern and eastern areas are likely yo be drier, although there is a risk of a shower almost anywhere. Some bright or sunny spells to the south and east too. Highs at 15 to 23C.
 


Monday
The area of low pressure will be to the north of Scotland on Monday as a ridge of high pressure builds to the south. There will be sunny spells across the northern half of the country with showers, some heavy in northern and western Scotland. The southern half of the country should be dry with good spells of sunshine here. Highs at 15 to 21C.
